表計算ソフトウェアを用いて、ファイルサイズが小さい、給食管理を補助する、厚生労働省策定の日本人の食事摂取基準2005年度版に準拠した、栄養価計算ソフトウェアの開発を行った。このソフトウェアは、対象者の栄養素摂取基準値を決め、朝昼夕間食および1日の栄養素摂取量を計算して、各食事と1日の栄養素摂取量を栄養素摂取基準値と比較し食事の栄養的価値を評価する。さらに食品の必要量と費用の計算ができる。また食品の入力を容易にするため、従来の食品番号をキーボードにより食品番号を入力する方法に加え、マウス・クリックで食品を選択する方法を採用した。この2つの方法について本文中で考察した。 |

We developed a small-size spreadsheet-based program to help food-service managers provide meal services which adhere to the dietary reference intakes published in 2005 by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare. This program estimates both the dietary reference intakes and the nutrients intake from each meal served, as well as daily totals. Nutrient intake values of each meal and a daily total are compared with the dietary reference to estimate the nutrients values of meals. Furthermore, this program computes the amounts of food needed and the estimated incurring costs of food purchased. To facilitate userfriendly computer input of foods, the mouse-click method has been added to the conventional input for each food code. A comparison between the two input methods is made in detail in the text. |
