| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、看護学生の患者とのコミュニケーションにおける自己効力感と実習経験、コミュニケーションスキル、一般性自己効力感との関連を明らかにすることである。看護学生を対象に質問紙調査を実施した。有効回答者142名を分析した。その結果、患者とのコミュニケーションの自己効力感と実習経験、コミュニケーションスキルの一部、一般性自己効力感に正の相関がみられた。重回帰分析から、患者とのコミュニケーションの自己効力感と実習経験、コミュニケーションスキル、一般性自己効力感との関連を示した。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between the self-efficacy of nursing students for communication with patients and the students' nursing practice experience, communication skills, and general self-efficacy. A questionnaire survey was conducted on nursing students, and analysis was performed for a total of 142 valid responses. The results showed that the self-efficacy for communication with patients was positively correlated with nursing practice experience, a part of communication skills, and general self-efficacy. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the self-efficacy for communication with patients was related to nursing practice experience, communication skills, and general self-efficacy. | |||||||||||
