| 内容記述 | 介護実施中および介護終了後の生活状況とその変化を明らかにすること、また、死別後の経過期間と介護終了後の生活状況との関連を検討することを目的に、在宅要介護高齢者と死別した高齢介護者を対象に質問紙調査を実施し、以下の結果を得た。1.介護実施中に「趣味や楽しみ」をもっていた介護者は49.0%、「生きがい」をもっていた者は62.7%であった。一方、介護終了後に「趣味や楽しみ」をもっている者は78.4%、「生きがい」をもっている者は78.4%であった。2.介護実施中の「外出頻度」は「週3、4回以上」が35.3%、「町内自治会活動に参加」していた者は27.4%であった。一方、介護終了後の「外出頻度」は「週3、4回以上」が66.6%、「町内自治会活動に参加」する者は51.0%であった。3.介護実施中と終了後の生活状況を比較したところ、介護終了後の方が「趣味や楽しみ」をもつ者(p<.01)、「家庭での介護以外の役割」をもつ者(p<.05)、「町内自治会活動へ参加」する者(p<.01)、「外出頻度」が「週3、4回以上」の者(p<.01)が増加した。4.死別後の経過期間と介護終了後の生活状況との関連については、「地域・町内での役割」を担っている者は、担っていない者よりも死別後の経過期間が長い傾向にあった(p<.1)。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The objectives of the present study were to ascertain the living situations of elderly caregivers while they provided care and after the end of caring and to assess the correlation between living situations and duration of bereavement. A questionnaire survey was conducted on elderly caregivers who had lost their elderly family member after caring for them at home. The following results were obtained: 1. While proving care, 49.0% of the caregivers had "hobbies and interests". After the end of caring, 78.4% of the caregivers had "hobbies and interests". 2. While proving care, 35.3% of the caregivers went out "a few times a week". After the end of caring, 66.6% of the caregivers went out "a few times a week". 3. When comparing the caring period with the post-caring period, significant differences were observed in "hobbies and interests" (p<.01), "roles at home other than care" (p<.05), "community activities" (p<.01), and "frequency of going out" (p<.01). 4. The duration of bereavement for caregivers who had roles in their communities tended to be longer when compared to those who did not have such roles (p<.1). | |||||||||||||||||
