| 内容記述 | Foreign-affiliated super luxury hotels have recently made inroads into downtown Tokyo. The media attributes such a surge to increasing demand or floor bonus. However, the hotel business that needs large investments in land and facilities faces various risks under prolonged deflationary slump. This paper considers the reasons for such a surge in foreign-affiliated super luxury hotels in Tokyo from various viewpoints. | |||||||||||
