| 内容記述 | Under prolonged deflation, hotels tend to get into difficulties since they face decreases in asset values and earnings per a guest. However, many city hotels have started business since the collapse of the bubble economy. Among the city hotels, the ratio of hotels in mixed use development has increased. This paper considers the reasons for the increase in such hotels in terms of building project planning. | |||||||||||
