| 内容記述 | The main subject aimed at the thing which conceive of project and turns to realization and for which the end of making a concrete proposal is borne. It depends the conventional direction which makes the main force maintenance which carried out automobile priority of the road, underground electric railway maintenance, etc. on introduction of a streetcar, shipping service, etc. Then, possibility is discussed through inspection and analysis of an example made to tend toward rich city environment. As the state of Japan, the way of thinking and the actual condition of Edo and Tokyo were analyzed as a direct example of the historical circumstances of city frame formation. Then, the necessity for conversion of the consciousness to the fundamental view "citizen autonomy which is not expected from political power" to the future of frame formation was drawn. The design proposal (technology of maintenance of infrastructure structure which also includes use of recovery of water environment, shipping service, etc. by maintenance which uses the underground space of river bottom effectively for the canal river exclusive-use-ized by the driveway etc. and which can function) which is the conversion system of the infrastructure structure where shipping service etc. can be used, as a private plan was shown. And about the streetcar, the system design proposal using the chain of a small-scale annular route was shown. | |||||||||||
