| 内容記述 | In the residential suburbs in Sendai, it is expected that residents will meet with two problems in the future, which is common to residential suburb areas. The first problem is that, in progress of the compact city policy, the specific gravity of administrative services moves to a central city area and the administrative services to the residential suburbs may contract gradually. And the second problem is that, most of the young generation who grew up in the residential suburbs move to other areas, and only the old parents remain in the residential suburbs. Without a measure, children decrease someday, elementary and junior high schools will be closed and vacant houses will begin to increase in the area. In order to correspond to this, it is required for each residential suburb councils to advertise the charm of the town, and to gain new residents. The council of the Y town had performed positive activities since before, and the council officer decided to hold a workshop for further many residents to think that it is necessary to participate in the activity which recognizes the problems of the town and heightens the charm of the town. As a result of workshop, which we held 2 times, crime prevention environment has been improved and we discovered the words which shows the charm of Y town, such as "a town which is easy to raise children", "a town in which residents can live with a pet", and "a town of rich nature". It becomes a subject for the whole town to share the words which shows the charm of the town checked in the workshop, to consider it as "a common idea", and to advance concrete city planning from now on. | |||||||||||||||||
