In usual urban planning, we lack the aspect that holds the plan to expect the earnings forecast obtained from the city. In this study, we construct the application to visualize the economic indexes of land at the urban block level, and we try to show that the indexes are important to understand the urban structure. We input to the application the value about comparison of businesses on parking lots and condominium as the example of the economic index of land. As a result, 3-D map shows that the region holding same problem has various values against one index. This study shows that the economic index of land are very important factor on urban planning. |
