| 内容記述 | In history the northeast has been always positioned with the northern district where there is in Japan. In the high economic growth period, the trains of mass employment frequently have been running for Tokyo. The Tokyo that succeeded in the integration of resources and human prospers, the others, the northeast has been left from the prosperity. May the northeast do be poor in as in of today? There will not do be the design that activates the northeast area? The northeast activation is examined from some viewpoints. Tohoku district is blessed with forest and river. Using this natural blessing, the energy is produced by the biomass technology, and it hould aim at the independence of the energy. | |||||||||||
