| 内容記述 | The rapid growth of the economy after World War II praised the miracle internationally. It raised the convenience of Japanese lifestyle greatly and transfigured national human relations : laboral ideas, social sense of values and others. In response to such a time background, the low resort (The law of comprehensive Japan was enacted in we health resort consolidation) which promotes a national recreation referenced also in western countries and other resort industry advanced nations in 1987. After this law is enacted, the period until it results in a ground towns and villages level from the all prefectures level which expects the tourism and resort industry to a basic (key) industry invites the time to become all out establishment and attraction of tourism and resort business. Due to careless management, easy tourism and resort business plans of the third sector the failure of resorts took place after the economy collapsed. Although the third sector (Miyagi included) has a lot of tourism and resort institutions, the present situation of deficit has doomed them. An example of the tourism and resort view of the third sector in Miyagi prefecture is the Onikoube skiing ground of Naruko-cho located in the northwestern part of Miyagi prefecture. | |||||||||||
