{"created":"2023-05-15T11:41:27.039271+00:00","id":208,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"e9444379-06d2-49c9-bdbf-56965675ea11"},"_deposit":{"created_by":10,"id":"208","owners":[10],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"208"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:myu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000208","sets":["14:15:54:55"]},"author_link":["552","553","554","486"],"item_3_biblio_info_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"6","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"11","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"宮城大学看護学部紀要","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"臨床の場の早期リハビリテーションとしては、重力負荷として座位負荷があり、看護師がかかわることが多い。そこで、ベッド上の座位としてよく用いられる長座位、端座位という座位姿勢のちがいが生体へ与える影響を明らかにするため、循環動態と自律神経活動の変化からその違いを検討した。方法は、若年健常女子9名を対象とし、仰臥位から座位への体位の変化のなかで心拍数、血圧、脈波を連続的に測定し、Heart Rate Variavility (HRV)とBaro-reflex sensitivity (BRS)の解析に使用し、座位になることによる生体への影響を比較した。なお、HRVはcoarse graining spectral analysis法、BRSはSequential法を用いて算出した。その結果、仰臥位に比べ、座位ではHR、BP、交感神経活動指標が有意に増加し、副交感神経活動指標、BRSが有意に減少した。長座位と端座位の比較では、BRSが有意に減少した。このことから、仰臥位から上半身を挙上し重力方向への負荷をかけることは、健常な生体にとって軽度な負荷となり、下腿を下ろすことでさらにその傾向を強めると理解できた。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects of sitting position on cardiovascular and autonomic nervous function. We compared the response of circulatory and autonomic nervous activity during the supine position, the long sitting position, and the sitting position with feet soles on the floor. Nine healthy female performed position changes from the supine position to the long sitting position and the sitting position with feet soles on the floor every 15 minutes passively. Through the position changes, blood pressure (BP), ECG were monitored. BP was measured by the tonometry method. Heart rate variability (HF, LF/HF) and baroreflex sensitivity were analyzed by coarse graining spectral analysis and sequential method respectively.
