| 内容記述 | This study aimed to visualize the learning activities of nursing students in Fundamental Nursing Practicum I and II and to identify challenges for future support. A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the "Self-Evaluation Scale for Learning Activities in Nursing Practicum," a tool with established reliability and validity. The participants were 89 first-year nursing students at a junior college. Web-based self-administered questionnaires were administered after the completion of each practicum. The average total score on the scale was 152.8 in Practicum I and 155.6 in Practicum II, indicating an overall improvement in the quality of learning activities throughout the practicums. Specifically, in Practicum II, there was an increase in the number of students in the mid-score range, and no students were classified in the low-score range. However, some subscale scores decreased in Practicum II compared to Practicum I, suggesting potential issues in areas such as relationship building and the integration of classroom learning with clinical practice. These findings underscore the importance of providing individualized support for items with lower scores and establishing a comprehensive evaluation system that considers both the learning process and outcomes. This study offers foundational data for enhancing the effectiveness of support strategies in fundamental nursing practicum education. | |||||||||||
