| 内容記述 | This study aimed to identify specific strategies for collaboratively nurturing new nurses by conducting a scoping review that would allow us to provide an overview of the roles and support provided by various stakeholders involved in their development. We also aimed to clarify the current state and issues of the support system. This study followed the PRISMA-ScR guidelines and used the following databases: the web version of the Japan Medical Abstracts Society and PubMed. Literature was searched using a combination of the following keywords: "new nurses," "training," "education," and "support.” A literature search clarified the role and support of each role. On-site clinical instructors provided direct guidance to new nurses and evaluated their nursing practices. Their support extended beyond technical instructions to include psychological support and coordination with other staff members. Clinical educators were tasked with enhancing the education and development of new graduate nurses by offering guidance to clinical instructors and establishing departmental support systems. They also provided support that aimed at ensuring safe nursing care and mental health support for new nurses. Senior nurses provide psychological support to on-site clinical instructors and practical support for job training, and their guidance is tailored to promote the growth of new nurses. Nurse managers are tasked with developing educational systems, providing mental health support, and fostering a conducive workplace environment. Furthermore, they created support systems that facilitated the adaptation of new nurses to the workplace through collaborative efforts and provided psychological support to new nurses who faced adaptation challenges and to the staff responsible for their guidance. To effectively education new nurses, it is essential for the entire workplace to share a culture of "collective responsibility for development," which ensures collaboration and mutual support across various professional roles. Achieving this requires nurse managers to exercise leadership to promote a clear vision of the development and educational plans for all nurses involved in guiding new nurses within the ward. | |||||||||||||||||
