Using data on gender, age, level of physical activity, and pregnancy/nursing, this program evaluates the dietary reference intake, which can be adjusted by the doctor or the nutritionist. Using the code and weight of each food, the software calculates nutrient values for individual food, each meal, and whole-day nutrient intake.
