A comparison was made between nurses in mental hospitals and general hospitals. The findings are as follows: (1) Mental hospitals have more licensed practical nurses than registered nurses, and the percentage of male nurses (about 20%) is higher than at general hospitals. (2) The increase in the number of male nurses is greater in general hospitals than in mental hospitals. These findings suggest the need for further research on how mental hospitals will maintain the quality of nursing, and on the male nurses' role in mental hospitals., 8, KJ00004515972, 報告, Report}, title = {6.精神病院で就業する看護者の資格と性別の実態 : 一般病院との比較から}, year = {}, yomi = {アベ, ミキカ} }
