Fifty women and seven men responded to our questionnaire. The findings include: 93% of the respondents suffered self-reproach and/or anger; 88% experienced self-reproach, 65% anger, and 60% had both. No statistical correlations were found between these negative emotions. In addition, a half of the respondents were angry at the medical staff while a few had their anger directed at their dead spouses.
