| 内容記述 | We are now in really the information society age, supported by the development of computers and networks, especially personal computers, mobile phone, and the Internet. However, could we get the information that we really want? The answer is not always "yes". For example, in the political problems, a policy seems not always reflect the public opinions. It seems there are somewhat discrepancies between politicians or political parties and the public. To decrease those discrepancies, we propose a dual directional requirements research system as an example of information system toward "Web 2.0" era. Recently, the key word "Web 2.0", which is named by Tim O'Reillly in 2005, have been attracting attentions from many peoples. There are some negative opinions about the word "Web 2.0". However, it may be certain that a new age of Internet will come up. Then the objective of our studies is to show how public opinions in political problems are to be collected by Web or how new products needs in manufacturing to be also collected. At first, we formulate questionnaire system, and execute simulations. Secondly, we propose a system that can collect public opinions and build up new policies or new products in the sense of "Web 2.0". It is, we call, a "dual directional requirements research system". And then, we model a situation of public opinions forming process by applying Markov chain. And we simulate the model. In this case we insist that the dual directional requirements research system is also useful to decrease the above discrepancies. | |||||||||||
