| 内容記述 | In the recent years the necessity of the technology managements has been insisted in our country. The cultivations of management capability for engineering staff have been requested from various companies, and so, METI and MEXT have focused on such cultivation and deployment through the sponsorship. In synchronizing with them many universities and companies in metropolitan area have been deploying the developments of educational materials, educational methodologies, and so on. However if universities or companies in local areas try to deploy such programs, they immediately face difficulties due to the lack of teaching staff, and/or materials dealing local cases, etc. Then the author proposes to provide the educational materials that focus on the local companies, and to show the roadmap for company engineering staff to study the management. This time two cases are developed and the case of Techno-wing Ltd is shown here. | |||||||||||
