| 内容記述 | Recently, the rapid changes in enterprise environment are forcing various enterprises to go into severe competitions. The enterprises must change themselves and take actions in various levels, such as policy, strategy, tactics, and operational levels, according to external changes. The ability to change rapidly, i.e. the "enterprise speed", became one of the most important factors to survive in the severe competitions. On the other hand, enterprise information systems have been supported the various activities in enterprises, and so enterprise information system is the key factor of the enterprise speed. This paper consists of two parts. In the first part, we study enterprise speed itself. We have classified the enterprise speed into two types of speed, i.e. "decision speed" and "execution speed". Then we study how each speed has an effect to business results. In the second part, we study how to construct an enterprise information system to speed up the enterprise speed. We have classified the enterprise actions in three levels according to their speeds. We have proposed that the business logics should be composed in these three levels. The three levels are "enterprise philosophy and objectives: WHY", "products and services: WHAT", and "operations: HOW". Then it will become easy to adapt the enterprise information system to the internal changes caused by external changes. In this paper we discuss the feasibility of this proposal by designing roughly about a certain example. We conclude that the proposal is feasible, but detail feasibility studies and studies on effectiveness of the proposal shall be future works. | |||||||||||
